The Caring Heart Family

Our Home is Your Home; We are Always thrilled when you and your furry children visit us!

We are a furry child health care center that deeply believes that treating your furry child equals helping the entire family. We treat your family as if it was our own; because it is!

Dr. Chris's Caring Heart Family Wellness Center

We are not the typical Doctor’s office. We focus on the happiness of the entire family. Medicine is a tool that we use to keep your furry child as happy and healthy as possible. Our focus is on taking care of the entire family; because when the child is not doing well, the entire family is not doing well. Experience the Caring Heart Difference (Think 1920’s house call doctor vs. modern doctor’s office/ James Harriot All Creatures Great and Small vs. modern veterinary clinic). We are different because it is our passion to help people (furry and human). We practice great medicine to make this happen; but we do so much more. We utilize an integrative medicine approach to help maintain the happiness of your furry child’s health and mental well-being. Our approach is unique to the community.

We are a pediatricians office for your furry child!

The Caring Heart Family

At Caring Heart Hospital, we realize that animals have the same spectrum of personalities, intelligence, and emotions as people. We feel strongly that they should be treated as people SHOULD be treated. Both you and your pet’s experiences at The Caring Heart Family matter greatly to us. We treat your “furry children” as if they were our “furry children”.

Dr. Chris is a graduate of Cornell, both undergraduate and the veterinary college. He has almost 30 years of experience. Dr. Chris founded The Caring Heart Family because he could not find a practice that was focused primarily on you and your pet rather than solely being focused on the medicine. Dr. Chris wanted to be a veterinarian from the age of four due to a love for animals. He greatly enjoys medicine. But Dr. Chris’s passion/ purpose in life is helping people and animals. Veterinary medicine is a fantastic skill to accomplish this goal. Dr. Chris’s continual struggle with lupus (an autoimmune disease that potentially attacks all organ systems) has given him a more thorough insight into an integrative health approach as well as personal experience enduring pathologies of different body systems. Lupus has helped him develop into a better healer and an even more empathetic persona.
