Emergencies during business hours:
We strive to fit in as many emergencies that we can during our normal business hours. Out of consideration to the clients and pets that have already been scheduled, we are unable to fit in emergencies that would interfere with our commitment to the service and care of the already scheduled appointments. We do try to accommodate as many appointments as possible, while being able to maintain our standards.
